EDUCATION: Attorney Kelley graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with honors in 1976 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration; from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University in 1979 with a Juris Doctorate; and from Johns Hopkins University in 2000 with a Masters in Business Administration.

 

MEMBER/EXPERIENCE: Attorney Kelley is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the York County Bar Association. Attorney Kelley is past president of Adams-Hanover Counseling Services, Inc.; a past board member of the Visiting Nurse Association; a past board member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church; a benefactor life member of the National Rifle Association; a life member of the National Skeet Shooting Association; and a past board member of the Pennsylvania State Shooting Foundation.

Attorney Kelley is also a member of numerous civic and fraternal organizations. He is an avid waterfowl and big game hunter, competitive shooter, BMW motorcyclist, and surf angler.

Attorney Kelley has been an instructor for the Pennsylvania State University in economics and business entrepreneurship for twenty years.
